Upon First Commercial Sale. COMPANY shall report to THE PARTIES the date of first commercial sale of a LICENSED PRODUCT, DISCOVERY PRODUCT or THERAPEUTIC PRODUCT and the date of first commercial performance of a LICENSED PROCESS within sixty (60) days of occurrence in each country.
Upon First Commercial Sale. The Company shall report to PureTech the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product within [ *** ] of occurrence thereof in each country.
