Upon complete and irrevocable satisfaction of the Secured Obligations, the Pledgee Sample Clauses

Upon complete and irrevocable satisfaction of the Secured Obligations, the Pledgee shall (in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed and without recourse to, or any representation or warranty by, the Security Trustee or any of its nominees) at the cost and expense of the Pledgor confirm the release of the Pledges (Pfandfreigabe) to the Pledgor as a matter of record. For the advoidance of doubt, the parties are aware that upon full and complete satisfaction of the Secured Obligations the Pledges, due to their accessory nature (Akzessoritat) cease to exist by operation of German law.
