UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate e-mail address, contact information, and other information related to your Account(s) and to maintain and update promptly any change in this information. You can update your contact information by using the Profile page in the Online Service. We may continue to deliver Communications to your address of record until five (5) Business Days after you have updated your records through the Online Service.

If you have given us an email address or postal address, we are entitled to rely on that address and assume that messages sent to that address are received by you, until you give us notice in writing or by e-mail that the address is no longer valid. For joint or multiple-party accounts, communications are sent to the e-mail address of the first name on the account. How to Withdraw Consent You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by calling 1-800-557- 0520 or 515-832-2520 or by contacting us at First State Bank, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Iowa 50595. At our discretion, we may treat your provision of an invalid e-mail address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications, however your access and use of the online banking service may be terminated. Any withdrawal of consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable amount of time to process the withdrawal.

Hardware and Software Requirements To receive Electronic Records, you must have access to: • An up-to-date version of an Internet browser we support, or if accessing your account through our mobile applications, one of the following operating systems: Apple current and previous two versions of iOS, or Android OS current and previous two versions. • A connection to the Internet or a mobile service provider. • An up-to-date device or devices suitable for connecting to the Internet or for downloading our mobile applications or accessing our mobile websites. • A current version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader). • A computer with an operating system capable of supporting all the above. You will also need a printer if you wish to print out and retain records on paper, and electronic storage if you wish to retain records in electronic form. • You must also have an active email address. In some cases, you may also need a specific brand or type of device that can support a particular software application, including an application intended for specific mobile or handheld devices.
UPDATING YOUR RECORDS. It is your sole responsibility to provide and update Atmos with current and accurate e-mail address, mobile telephone number, and other information relating to this Consent and pertaining to your relationship with Atmos. You must notify Atmos if there is a change to your e-mail address and other information by updating the respective information within Digital Banking.
