Updates of Publicly Available Information Regarding Responsibility Matters. (a) The Contractor shall update the information in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) on a semi-annual basis, throughout the life of the contract, by posting the required information in the System for Award Management database via xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Updates of Publicly Available Information Regarding Responsibility Matters. (October 2018) As prescribed in 9.104-7(c), insert the following clause: The Contractor shall update the information in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) on a semi-annual basis, throughout the life of the contract, by posting the required information in the System for Award Management (XXX) database at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx . As required by section 3010 of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010 (Pub. L. 111-212), all information posted in FAPIIS on or after April 15, 2011, except past performance reviews, will be publicly available. FAPIIS consists of two segments-- The non-public segment, into which Government officials and the Contractor post information, which can only be viewed by-- Government personnel and authorized users performing business on behalf of the Government; or The Contractor, when viewing data on itself; and The publicly-available segment, to which all data in the non-public segment of FAPIIS is automatically transferred after a waiting period of 14 calendar days, except for-- Past performance reviews required by subpart 42.15; Information that was entered prior to April 15, 2011; or

  • WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting Evaluation 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Association. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than eight (8) weeks after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report.
