Common use of Updates and Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Updates and Upgrades. The SaaS Services are designed to support a multi-tenant cloud based offering and shall be Updated and Upgraded in Grass Valley’s discretion, and all Updates or Upgrades shall be implemented and deployed at Grass Valley’s discretion. Customer may not opt out of an Update or Upgrade. Updates and Upgrades are licensed on the same terms and conditions as applicable to the SaaS Services under this Agreement.
