Updates and Modifications. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that R3 may make available to Licensee modifications or updates to the Corda Enterprise Software or the Documentation from time to time, including by posting a link or otherwise providing access allowing Licensee to download such modifications or updates. Licensee agrees to implement such modifications and updates within any required time period specified by R3 in connection with the notice of such modification or update, or if no time period is specified, within 30 days; provided that Licensee may continue to use prior versions of the Corda Enterprise Software solely for purposes of testing and certifying against newer versions. Licensee expressly acknowledges that such modifications may change the functionality of the Corda Enterprise Software and integration with other systems (including Licensee’s CorDapps), and may not be backward compatible with earlier versions of Corda Enterprise Software. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that in the event updates to Licensee’s CorDapps are needed to ensure compatibility with modifications or updates to the Corda Enterprise Software, Licensee shall be responsible for making such changes.

Updates and Modifications. HIREVUE reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement in HIREVUE’s sole discretion without additional liability to BUYER. This Agreement, as amended, will be effective upon signing the Service Order for new users and effective for all existing users 15 days after the posting of any amended terms on the XxxxXxx.xxx website. You agree to be bound by this Agreement, as modified. Please review the most current version of this Agreement from time to time, located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/service-agreement (or such successor URL as HIREVUE may provide), so that you will be apprised of any changes. Updates and Modifications. In order to maintain a viable sales program and to comply with federal, state and local laws and economic conditions, the Company may update the Policies and Procedures, the Career Plan and/or the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Such additions or modifications shall be made in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion and will become a binding part of this Agreement thirty (30) days following the date of publication in the Back Office.

The Security Measures are subject to technical progress and development and Atlassian may update or modify the Security Measures from time to time, provided that such updates and modifications do not materially decrease the overall security of the Cloud Products, as described in this document.

Any such updates, modifications or bug fixes shall be deemed part of the applicable Developer Materials and subject to the license and other terms and conditions hereunder. Itron reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement from time to time, without notice to you. Any and all modifications (including new terms, updates, revisions, supplements, modifications, and additional rules, policies, terms and conditions) will be effective when posted.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that from time to time BlueCat may apply updates to, or otherwise revise, the Cloud Services or DNS Flex Services and that such updates and/or revisions may result in additions, modifications or removal of functionality, features, content or the appearance of the Cloud Services or DNS Flex Services.
Updates and Modifications. During the Term, Provider will provide Customer with access to upgrades and updates to the System that have been generally rolled out to its other similar users of the System. Provider may also from time to time modify parts of the System, including the terms of use, procedures and protocols related thereto, by giving notice to Customer (either online via the System or via email or other method permitted in this Agreement). If any such upgrade, update or modification affects Customer in a material and adverse manner, Customer, and as Customer’s sole remedy, may serve Provider, within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice, with written notice to terminate this Agreement. Provider will, at Customer’s request continue to provide access to the System for up to ninety (90) days following such termination notice in order to permit an orderly wind down, provided that Customer continues to pay all applicable Fees and complies with all other applicable requirements under this Agreement during the wind down period. Provider will refund any unearned, prepaid Fees promptly following completion of wind down. If Customer does not exercise Customer’s termination right within the specified time, Customer will be deemed to have accepted the upgrade, update or modification, including any modified term, procedure or protocol.
Updates and Modifications. The Assessment Services may be modified or updated from time to time at ACT’s sole discretion. ACT shall make such modification and updates available to Customer as they are developed; provided however, that (1) ACT reserves the right to charge a fee for the new functionalities available through the Assessment Services; and (2) to the extent that such modifications or updates require revised computer configuration, Customer shall provide such hardware or software that meets the revised computer configuration requirements for the updated Assessment Services within the time frame set forth in a written (or electronic) notice from ACT detailing the time frame of such modification or update and the revised computer configuration requirements. Customer’s use of outdated versions of ACT Tessera shall be deemed a default of this Agreement.
Updates and Modifications. GS1 Canada expressly reserves the right to modify or amend the Services by introducing modifications, changes, enhancements, new versions and new releases to all or part of the Services from time to time. For any new functionality introduced in a new version of the Services (“Additional Functionality”), the Subscriber will have the right to use Additional Functionality only after executing the appropriate Service Agreement and paying an additional Fee, if any, based on then-current standard Fee schedule for such Additional Functionality. In the event that the Subscriber uses any Additional Functionality, it shall be deemed to have agreed to pay the Fees attributable to such Additional Functionality.
