Update Addresses. Prior to mailing any Notice, the Settlement Administrator will update the U.S. Mail addresses of persons on the Class List using the National Change of Address database and other available resources deemed suitable by the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall take all reasonable steps to obtain the correct address of any Settlement Class members for whom Notice is returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable and shall attempt re-mailings as described below in Section 5.1.
