Unusual or Unforeseen Events. Each Party will promptly notify the JDC of any unforeseen or unusual events that occur in connection with the implementation of the Development Plan, including any events that may affect any of the timelines set forth therein or that may have a material impact on the success of any BLA submissions hereunder by Pfizer.
