Common use of Unusual Conditions Clause in Contracts

Unusual Conditions. If unusual conditions during a special trip preclude a bus driver from driving their regularly- assigned route the following day because of the time restrictions established by OAR 000-00-0000, the driver shall qualify for personal days, Section 13.3, provided they have such unused leave remaining.
