Common use of Unused Vacation Clause in Contracts

Unused Vacation. Vacation entitlements shall not be cumulative from one year to the next. Any earned but unused vacation entitlements remaining on the date of hire anniversary shall be paid to the Employee. Payments will be made on the next full pay period following the end of the year of service.
