Common use of Unused Vacation Time Clause in Contracts

Unused Vacation Time. If an Employee does not take the full amount of vacation time he or she is entitled to during a year, then the question of how the owed time off or payment (for the vacation days) will be handled by the Employer and Employee must be settled.
