Common use of Unused Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Unused Sick Days. When an employee who has ten (10) years' service in the district retires or resigns from the district, the employee shall receive a final payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each accumulated unused sick leave day up to a maximum of one hundred eighty (150) days.
