Unused Services. The Services must be used within six (6) months from the signature date of the order (“Professional Services Period”). Any portion of the Services not used within the Professional Services Period will be automatically forfeited by You, with no further action required of either party, and You will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused portion of the fees paid for any unused portion of the Services. You may not apply any portion of unused Services or fees paid, for any services other than the Services stated in the above Description of Services. In order for Oracle to provide services to You after the Professional Services Period, Oracle and You shall mutually agree, in writing, under a separate ordering document, to the terms and fees for such services.
Unused Services. Any stay not consumed, interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not be refunded.
Unused Services. The maximum number of allowable Service hours per quarter (including any Extended Services purchased for such quarter) identified in Your order must be used by You in that quarter. Any portion of the Services or Service hours not used that quarter will be automatically forfeited by You in that quarter, with no further action required of either party, and You will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused portion of the fees paid for any unused Service hours in that quarter for the Services. In order for Oracle to provide Services set out in the above Description of Services after the Term, Oracle and You must mutually agree upon a separate order for such Services. If the last quarter of the Term is less than three (3) months, then the quarterly Service hours for the last quarter will be pro-rated by Oracle.
Unused Services. If the Customer fails to use individual services which the Organ- xxxx was willing and able to provide in accordance with the con- tract, due to reasons which the traveller is responsible for, the Customer shall not have any right to partial reimbursement of the travel price, insofar as such reasons would not have entitled the Customer to cancellation without charges or to terminate the travel package contract in accordance with statutory regula- tions. Upon request by the Customer, the Organiser shall try to reimburse the expenses saved by the service providers, unless these expenses are completely insignificant.
Unused Services. No refund will be due to you in respect to the non-utilization of any part of the travel arrangements made for you, by Scandinavia Divers, Inc.
Unused Services. 2.13.1 There is no right to a refund for any unused services.

No refunds will be issued for unused services (late arrivals, temporary absences from your trip or early departures), for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved, or for voluntary modifications made by you. SUBJECT TO CHANGE ITINERARIES The Company will notify you via email when the final itinerary is available for departures advertised with "subject to itinerary modifications". FORCE MAJEURE In the event of a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), The Company shall be excused, discharged, and released from performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind. The Company assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or entry of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an "Act of God" or any other condition outside The Company’s control ("Force Majeure Event"), including without limitation: o Fire o Landslides o Volcanic eruption o Inclement weather o Environmental pollution or contamination o Earthquake o Low or high water levels o Flood o Water or power shortages or failures o Tropical storms or hurricanes o Riots or civil commissions or disturbances or any other acts of similar nature o Sabotage o Strikes of labor disruptions o Arrests o Restraint of rulers or peoples o Expropriations o Acts of terrorism o War o Insurrection o Quarantine restrictions o Government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, including, but not limited to, warnings or regulations due to an epidemic/pandemic o Government seizures o Refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization o Damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities o Or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by The Company that adversely affects or hampers its ability to fulfil any of its contractual conditions.
Unused Services. If the customer/traveller does not utilise certain travel services that have been offered in the proper way owing to reasons which are his/her own responsibility (e.g. his/her leaving the cruise prematurely or other compelling reasons), he/she shall not be entitled to claim a refund of a proportional amount of the travel price. A-XXXX Flussschiff GmbH will seek to obtain a refund of the expenses saved by the service provider. This obli- gation shall not apply if the services in question are of negligi- ble significance.
Unused Services. The maximum number of allowable Service hours per month (including any Extended Services purchased for such month) identified in Your order must be used by You in that month. Any portion of the Services or Service hours not used that month will be automatically forfeited by You in that month, with no further action required of either party, and You will not be entitled to a refund, or any credit toward additional or other services, for any unused portion of the fees paid for any unused Service hours in that month for the Services. In order for Oracle to provide Services set out in the above Description of Services after the Term, Oracle and You must mutually agree upon a separate order for such Services. Additionally, as pertains only to the ACS Review as set out in section A.1 above, any monthly hours, up to the maximum number of hours allowed each month during the ACS Review period, that are deemed by Oracle to be unnecessary to complete the performance of an ACS Review are likewise automatically forfeited each month and do not entitle you to any refund, or any credit toward additional or other services.
Unused Services. Tours of more than one day duration There will be no discounts or monies refunded for missed, unused or canceled services after the tour start date. This includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from the tour, (i.e. sickness, the death of a family member, etc.), late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily. Unused services that are canceled by the Client prior to tour start date will be subject to a refund as per the service providers refund policy.
