Common use of Unused Days Clause in Contracts

Unused Days. Sick leave may accumulate up to one hundred twenty (120) days. The amount of unused sick leave shall be certified to the teacher within thirty (30) days after the beginning of each work year. Upon a teacher's termination of employment with the School District when such employment has equaled or exceeded ten (10) years, the School District shall pay a bonus of two thousand dollars ($2000.00) to those teachers who have accumulated 120 days.
