SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. If maintenance items are reported during your stay, please expect that maintenance will enter the home to address the reported items. Guests do not need to be present for maintenance activity.
Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe.
