Unscheduled Evaluations. An unscheduled evaluation for a permanent employee may be submitted at any time during the year upon evidence of outstanding work, changed work habits, or performance on the part of an employee.

Unscheduled Evaluations. At any time, a management level supervisor may, with the approval of the Superintendent, give a worker an unscheduled evaluation. Such evaluations shall be made on prescribed forms and in accordance with Section 14.3(D). They shall be made to recognize outstanding or unsatisfactory service by the worker.
Unscheduled Evaluations. Additional unscheduled evaluations may be requested by the supervisor to indicate a significant change in performance.
Unscheduled Evaluations. Teachers may request to be evaluated at any time, and a building administrator may evaluate any teacher in his/her building at any time. Evaluations initiated by teacher or administrator request will not be required to comply with the notification guidelines of the Professional Appraisal System. Administrators or teachers initiating an unscheduled evaluation will notify the other party in writing prior to the evaluation.

  • Frequency of Evaluations 36.2.1 Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary and trial service periods and annually thereafter. If the supervisor identifies a performance concern during the evaluation period, the supervisor may provide feedback.   • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

If a non-provisional teacher has scored at Proficient or higher the previous year, they may be moved to Focused Evaluation. The teacher may remain on the Focused Evaluation for five (5) years before returning to the Comprehensive Evaluation. The teacher or the evaluator can initiate a move from the Focused to the Comprehensive Evaluation. A decision to move a teacher from a Focused to a Comprehensive Evaluation must occur by December 15.

  • Self-Evaluation Each regular faculty member shall provide a self-evaluation. It shall address, among other items, the faculty member's fulfillment of professional responsibilities as referenced in Section 18.2.3 and an assessment of his or her own performance. The faculty member will share the self-evaluation with the Faculty Evaluation Committee and the first-level manager or designee. The self-evaluation will become part of the evaluation report.
