Unscheduled Closing Sample Clauses

Unscheduled Closing. 4.01. All twelve (12) month employees are expected to work their regular hours on snow days unless the conditions are such that they can not get to work on time. Twelve month employees are not to leave early on snow days unless conditions warrant it, and the Superintendent has approved such an early leaving. If a Declaration of Emergency is issued by Otsego County, employees will not be expected to work and no days will be taken from accumulated leave for that day. For those who are asked to work will receive one additional floating holiday.
