Unsafe Conditions. Employees who reasonably and justifiably believe that their safety and health are in danger due to an alleged unsafe working condition or equipment, shall immediately inform their supervisor who shall have the responsibility to determine what action, if any, should be taken, including whether or not the job should be discontinued.
