Common use of Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents Clause in Contracts

Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents. As of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of Unrestricted cash and (b) the aggregate amount of Unrestricted Cash Equivalents (valued at fair market value). As used in this definition, “Unrestricted” means the specified asset is not subject to any escrow, reserves, cash trap, or Liens or claims of any kind in favor of any Person. Unsecured Indebtedness. Indebtedness of a Person outstanding at any time which is not Consolidated Secured Indebtedness.
