Unreserved Parking Spaces. Commencing on June 1, 2011, the definition of “Unreserved Parking Spaces” contained in the Basic Lease Information shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Tenant, at no additional cost (except to the extent covered in the Operating Expenses), shall have the use of unreserved parking spaces within the Project ("Unreserved Parking Spaces") to the extent that the total of all Reserved Parking Spaces and Unreserved Parking Spaces shall afford Tenant use of parking spaces at an aggregate ratio of four (4) parking spaces for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of the Premises. The Unreserved Parking Spaces shall be within the locations shown on EXHIBIT A. Tenant shall have the use of the Unreserved Parking Spaces, in common with other tenants of the Building, upon such reasonable terms and conditions as may from time to time be established by Landlord.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the AP Commencement Date, the Lease -------------------------- shall be modified to provide that Tenant's Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to Fifty-seven (57).
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the EP Commencement Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant's Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to thirty-seven (37).
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the Amendment Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be decreased to 114 non-exclusive and non-designated spaces.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. From and after April 1, 2022, Tenant’s parking rights shall be governed solely by Section 10 below. 3.
Unreserved Parking Spaces unreserved, nonexclusive and undesignated parking spaces, based upon a ratio of ***** spaces per ***** rentable square feet leased.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the AP Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the license to use 274 undesignated and nonexclusive parking spaces.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Fifteen (15) nonexclusive and undesignated parking spaces at the Building’s then-prevailing standard unreserved parking rate, which is subject to change from time to time, less the number of Reserved Parking Spaces Tenant elects to use from time to time (not to exceed the maximum allowed number of Reserved Parking Spaces set forth above). As of the Lease Date, unreserved parking Spaces are $85.00/month. Broker(s): CBRE, Inc. (Landlord’s Broker) CresaPartners (Tenant’s Broker) OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT THIS OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Landlord and Tenant on the Lease Date. The defined terms used in this Lease which are defined in the Basic Lease Information attached to this Lease Agreement (“Basic Lease Information”) shall have the meaning and definition given them in the Basic Lease Information. The Basic Lease Information, the exhibits, the addendum or addenda described in the Basic Lease Information, and this Lease Agreement are and shall be construed as a single instrument and are referred to herein as the “Lease.”
