Unplanned Outages. In the event of an unscheduled outage or curtailment exceeding twenty-five (25) percent of the Facility Capacity Rating (other than curtailments due to lack of motive force), Seller immediately shall notify PacifiCorp of the necessity of such unscheduled outage or curtailment, the time when such has occurred or will occur and the anticipated duration. Seller shall take all reasonable measures and exercise its best efforts to avoid unscheduled outage or curtailment, to limit the duration of such, and to perform unscheduled maintenance during Off-Peak hours.

Unplanned Outages. Notwithstanding events of Force Majeure, the Seller shall use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the number and duration of any Outages not included on the Planned Outage Schedule ("Unplanned Outages") that occur during the Total Supply Period. The Seller shall, as soon as reasonably practicable following the occurrence of an Unplanned Outage during the Total Supply Period, notify the Buyer of such Unplanned Outage and remedy the Unplanned Outage. On notifying the Buyer of an Unplanned Outage, the Seller shall also inform the Buyer of its best estimate as to the likely duration of the Unplanned Outage, the reason for the Unplanned Outage and any reduction in the Facility's Capacity likely to follow the Unplanned Outage.
Unplanned Outages. In the event of an Unplanned Outage, Xxxxx shall notify RGE, pursuant to established practice under the NYISO Outage Scheduling Manual, of the nature and expected duration of such Unplanned Outage as soon as practicable and shall keep RGE timely advised of any developments associated with such Unplanned Outage and the estimated timing of the return of the RSS Unit to full capability. Xxxxx shall use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy and to mitigate the consequences of an Unplanned Outage as soon as reasonably practicable. An Unplanned Outage that occurs and continues for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days or more shall be considered a failure to perform a material obligation under this Agreement by Xxxxx that is subject to termination for default pursuant to Section 9.1.
Unplanned Outages. Upon detection of an unplanned outage, relevant NOCs must be notified. At the time of notification, the outage could have ceased to exist or could still be persisting. In cases where the outage has ceased to exist, the NOCs will note the occurrence, duration and details of the failure. Immediate action must be taken to localise the fault causing the failure (and consequently identify which Party is responsible for clearing the fault where this is unclear at first) in cases where the outage persists. Relevant NOCs must be informed every hour for Service Affecting Faults and every three hours for other faults, or at mutually agreed upon intervals, thereafter by the responsible Party of the progress of the repair until restoration of full service whereupon the NOC will note the outage duration and details of the failure and inform the other Party of the rectification of the fault.
Unplanned Outages. The Service Provider will communicate unplanned outages as time permits, to the first available Customer contact by phone (or, if unavailable, email) within two hours of the outage.

Unplanned Outages. If a system failure should occur that creates an outage of the Services, Procore will utilize all reasonable means to end the outage as soon as possible. Outages due to the Internet, hosting providers and/or Customer or Authorized User systems are outside the control of Procore and, in such event, Procore will assist the Customer or Authorized User in the diagnosis but may not be able to resolve the problem.
