UNPAID ROYALTY. (a) Subject to paragraphs (b) and (c) of this subclause 2A(4) if any royalty remains unpaid after the time it becomes due and payable, or a payment on account of royalty remains unpaid after the liability to make the payment accrues, the Lessee shall be liable to pay an amount of additional royalty calculated by applying an annual rate of interest equal to the accumulation rate to the amount of royalty outstanding for the period of time it is outstanding.
UNPAID ROYALTY. Upon termination of this Agreement, Anchor may at its option compel payment of the license fee for any Royalty Bearing Product made, used, sold, leased or placed by Licensee during the term of the Agreement, if the license fee has not been paid by Licensee and the Royalty Bearing Product was used without a license in a Covered Cashless Gaming System.
UNPAID ROYALTY. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensor may, at its option, compel immediate payment of the unpaid License Fees or Transfer Fees for any Royalty Bearing Product Placed during the term of the Agreement. * Information has been omitted from this document and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission under a request for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
UNPAID ROYALTY. In addition to any other rights or remedies that Licensor may have, Licensor may, at its option upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, compel Licensee to pay any unpaid License Fee for any Royalty Bearing Product Placed by Licensee during the term of the Agreement.
