Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Where an Employee has exhausted all paid personal/carer’s leave entitlements, he/she is entitled to take unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support in the circumstances outlined in subclause 76.2(a)(ii), (iii), or (iv). The Employer and the Employee will agree on the period. In the absence of agreement the Employee is entitled to take up to two (2) days' unpaid carer’s leave per occasion.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements in subclause 13.4 Notice and subclause 13.5 Evidence, a Teacher, including a Casual Teacher, is entitled to take unpaid personal/carer’s leave if they need to provide care or support for a member of the Teacher’s immediate family or household who requires care and support due to illness or injury, due to an unexpected emergency affecting the member or due to the birth of a child.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. 15.5.7(a) Where an employee’s paid personal/carer’s leave entitlement has been exhausted, the employee will be entitled to two days' unpaid carer’s leave per occasion.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. The Employee (including a casual Employee) who has exhausted his or her paid personal/ carer’s leave entitlement is entitled to up to two days unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion when a member of the Employee’s immediate family or household requires his or her care or support because of a personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency: This unpaid leave can be taken in a single unbroken period of up to two days, or if KONE and Employee agree, in separate periods.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave entitlement
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Subject to Clause F3.12, if an employee has exhausted their available paid personal/carer's leave credits, the employee will be granted:
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Where an Employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid carer’s leave. Healthscope and the Employee will agree on the period. In the absence of agreement the Employee is entitled to take up to two (2) days' unpaid carer’s leave per occasion.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Where an employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid personal leave to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. The Employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two (2) days of unpaid carers leave per occasion, provided the employee complies with the notice and evidence requirements of this Clause. Unpaid carers leave can be taken in a single unbroken period or any separate periods agreed between the employee and the Employer.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. 23.4.1 A permanent employee is entitled to 2 days of unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family, as defined in clause 1.9.4 or household requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury, or in the event of an unexpected emergency affecting the family or household member.
Unpaid Personal/Carer’s Leave. 29.21 In addition to the provision of paid personal/carer’s leave, all team members including casual team members shall be entitled to take additional unpaid personal/carer’s leave to a maximum of two (2) days on each occasion that a member of the team member’s immediate family or household requires care or support due to illness, injury or unexpected emergency. Full-time and part-time team members are only able to access unpaid personal carer’s leave when they have exhausted all their paid personal/carer’s leave.
