Unpaid Leave. a) An employee may request unpaid leave of absence for any purpose. Requests for such leave of absence will be made in writing, addressed to the administrator and/or their designate. Reasonable notice of at least seven (7) days will be given to minimize dislocation of staff. The Employer will indicate to the employee, in writing, the acceptance or refusal of such a request within a reasonable period of time.
