Unpaid holiday. For each used unpaid holiday day, a deduction shall be made from the salaried employee’s current monthly salary in the amount of 4.6 % of the monthly salary. As to the term monthly salary, see 9.4.1.

Unpaid holiday. If operational circumstances permit, unpaid leave may be granted upon request. Unpaid leave of more than 2 weeks is only possible twice within 5 years. If an unpaid holiday lasts longer than three months, the employer contributions for the professional pension will be charged to the employee with the exception of the risk contribution and the conversion loss contribution. The daily allowance insurance for illness and accident is a matter for the employee.
Unpaid holiday. 8.1 Unpaid holiday is normally not allowed, however in exceptional circumstances and on request, may be approved by your line manager. Where unpaid holiday is allowed, for whatever reason, the appropriate deduction will be made from the relevant or subsequent weeks’ or months’ pay at the prevailing rate of basic pay.
