Unopened Containers. All inventories of food and beverage in unopened containers, as well as all inventories of unopened and unused linens, china, glassware, silver, uniforms, towels, paper goods, stationery, soaps, cleaning supplies and the like with respect to the Hotel on hand as of the Closing Date, for which Hersha Owner shall receive a credit at Closing in the amount of the total of the actual cost to Hersha Owner of such items transferred to Owner JV at Closing.

  • Cleaning 4.6.1 To keep the Property clean, tidy and free from rubbish;

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Supplies All china, glassware and silverware, linens, uniforms, engineering, maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping supplies, matches and ashtrays, soap and other toiletries, stationery, menus, directories and other printed materials, and all other similar supplies and materials, which are located at the Hotel or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing (the “Supplies”);
