Unlimited Accumulation. Unused sick leave shall be cumulative without limit.

Unlimited Accumulation. An employee whose anniversary date of employment is prior to October 1, 1977, shall be eligible to accumulate an unlimited number of accrued sick leave days. An employee hired prior to October 1, 1977, with seven hundred and twenty (720) hours of accrued sick leave may convert the unused balance of any sick leave earned in the previous anniversary year not to exceed ninety-six (96) hours of leave to be used as vacation (at the sole discretion of the department head) or to a cash payment payable at the rate of fifty percent (50%) of the employee's current rate of pay.
Unlimited Accumulation. 6 B.) After forty (40) days accumulated sick leave, the 7 remaining days may be sold back to the school district 8 at the rate of thirty dollars ($50.00) per day.
Unlimited Accumulation. There is no maximum amount of sick leave which an employee may accumulate.
Unlimited Accumulation of sick leave shall be allowed. The cumulative aspect of sick leave from year-to-year is based on accrual at the rate specified in paragraph 3.
