Unlawful or Unauthorized Use. The Company may discontinue the furnishing of Service, when it deems it necessary to take such action to prevent the unlawful or unauthorized use of Service, by blocking traffic to or from certain countries, cities, NXX exchanges, or individual telephones; by blocking call origination; or by blocking calls using certain Customer authorization or access codes. The Company also may suspend the origination of domestic or international traffic associated with any or all Services if the Company deems such action necessary to prevent the unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service due to the failure, in whole or in part, of any fraud detection system utilized by the Company to provide or support Service.

Unlawful or Unauthorized Use. Services may be discontinued by the Company, at any time and without notice to its Customers, by blocking traffic to or from certain countries, cities, exchanges, or individual stations, by blocking origination for Company Services, or by blocking using certain customer authorization codes and/or access codes when the Company deems it necessary to take such action to prevent unlawful and/or unauthorized use of its Services. The Company also reserves the right to suspend, at any time and without notice to Customer, the origination of domestic and/or international traffic associated with any or all Services if the Company deems that such action is necessary to prevent any unlawful and/or unauthorized use of the Services as a result of the failure (whether in full or in part) of any systems, software and/or equipment, including, but not limited to fraud detection systems, that are utilized by Company to provide and/or support any Service.

In the event of any permanent discontinuance, or permanent termination of Service, additional fees will be charged, or refunded in accordance with the terms for Termination in Appendix A, Section 10B of DIR Contract No. DIR‐ TSO‐4067.
Unlawful or Unauthorized Use. You will not use your Account for unlawful purposes or for purposes we deem unauthorized, including gambling or wagering, even if permitted by law. If we suspect a transaction is fraudulent, unlawful, or high risk, we may contact you to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction. If we determine your activity to be unlawful or unauthorized, we may immediately terminate your Account. If your Account is terminated, you will still be responsible to pay for any charges owed on your Account.

  • No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Biond Financial content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Biond Financial and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Biond Financial or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

  • LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE If any Card is lost or stolen or otherwise may be used without your permission (express or implied), you must immediately notify us orally or in writing at the following phone number or address: 0-000-000-0000 or at TIB, National Association, P.O Box 569120, Dallas, Texas 75356-9120. If unauthorized use of a Card occurs before you notify us of the loss, theft or unauthorized use, you may be liable up to a maximum amount of $50. If unauthorized use of a Credit Device occurs, you may be liable for all of the unauthorized use.

  • Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.

  • Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.

  • Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.

  • Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Business Associate will neither use nor disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or in writing by the Covered Entity or as Required by Law. This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.
