Unjust Discharge. A grievance involving a claim of unjust discharge or suspension shall commence at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure.
Unjust Discharge. If in the grievance procedure or in arbitration it shall be determined that the discharge was unjust, the employee shall be reinstated with full rights and conditions of employment. The disposition may sustain, modify, or reverse the three (3) day suspension as the circumstances warrant. Damages for unjust discharge shall include compensation as awarded by the arbiter.
