United Way. G. Any other deduction mutually agreed to by the Board and the Association.
United Way. Authorization for deductions shall begin with the first paycheck in November and be equally distributed over the next ten (10) pays. Deduction will not be available for less than $1.00 per pay.
United Way. The District shall provide for payroll deduction of a regular amount at each payroll period for contributions to the United Way. The District will provide for overall administration of the United Way appeal, and Association will distribute information concerning the United Way appeal and transfer pledges or contributions to the District Liaison person with the United Way.

United Way. Any employee desiring to contribute to the United Way may do so through use of the payroll deduction. Proper deduction authorization forms must be submitted to the treasurer’s office by October 15th each year, and the first deduction will be made on the second pay date in November. Payroll deductions must be renewed in writing each year by persons participating in the program.
United Way. 2.7.4 The Union will give each member of the unit a form to complete on which they can indicate whether they want to join the Union, pay only the agency fees or object to payment based on religious belief. In the event an employee fails to indicate a choice, the agency fee will be assessed.
United Way. The United Way of Lorain County conducts its campaign in the fall of each year. Teachers may elect to use payroll deduction for this purpose.
