United States Government Obligations. I acknowledge that the Company from time to time may have agreements with other persons or with the United States Government, or agencies thereof, which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding inventions made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work. I agree to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions which are made known to me and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.

The Executive acknowledges that the Company from time to time may have agreements with other parties or with the United States Government, or agencies thereof, which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding inventions made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work. The Executive agrees to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions that are made known to the Executive and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.

The Employee agrees to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions which are made known to the Employee and to take all appropriate action necessary to discharge the obligations of KEYW under such agreements.

Consultant acknowledges that the Company from time to time may have agreements with the United States Government, or agencies thereof, that impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding inventions made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work. Consultant agrees to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions that are known to him and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.

The BD Sponsored FTE agrees to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions which are made known to the BD Sponsored FTE and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.
United States Government Obligations. Any obligation issued or backed (federal agencies). Obligations backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government are preferred but not required. No more than 25% may be invested in obligations of any one federal agency.

The Temporary Employee agrees to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions that are made known to the Temporary Employee and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.
