Common use of Unit Clause in Contracts

Unit. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for the collective negotiations concerning terms and conditions of employment for all certificated employees, behavior analysts, technology coordinators, custodians and maintenance employees and secretaries except for employees in the following positions which are excluded: Superintendent Principals Board Secretary/Business Administrator Teacher Aides District Office Secretaries (Part-time and Full-time) and Bookkeeper Coordinator of Staff Development Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds Supervisor of Special Services

Unit.
