Unit Train. SCPSA shall provide one hundred and ten (110) Cars (“Unit Train”) to Lakeland on the Commencement Date, to be delivered as provided for herein.

Unit Train. For the purpose of calculating detention for Unit Trains, time shall start at the earlier of 1) when the Railcars are Constructively Placed or Actually Placed at the disposal of the Operator or 2) at 12:01 am on the day following notice of arrival at the Terminal, and unless otherwise stated herein, Railcars must be unloaded and released to the railroad within twenty-four (24) hours, otherwise a detention charge of US$75.00 per Railcar will be owed by the Operator to the Customer for each additional day that a Railcar is detained. If the railroad disconnects locomotive power from the Railcar(s), then the Operator shall be responsible for the related costs. For the purpose of detention, time shall end when all empty Railcars are made available at the Terminal for collection by, or on behalf of, the Customer. The Customer may, in its sole discretion, increase the detention charge by an additional US$25.00 per Railcar for each additional day that such Railcar(s) remains detained over ten (10) days. In addition, the Operator shall be responsible for all demurrage charges assessed by the railroad for delayed loading and unloading.
Unit Train. MVTT shall furnish up to, one hundred and two (102) Cars for each shipment. These 102 railcars will be known as one unit train (“Unit Train”) for loading at Xxxxxxxx’x unit train loadout (“Loadout”) operation in Dahlgreen, Illinois known as the White Oak station served by the Evansville Western Railway, Inc. (“EVWR”)

Related to Unit Train

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Transponders will be assigned to each covert vehicle and are to be stored in the glove compartment, console or other secure place within the assigned vehicle when not in use.

The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
