Common use of UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST Clause in Contracts

UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide the Union in writing, within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this MOU and each 30 days thereafter an alphabetized list of employees subject to this MOU, of such employee's name, employee number, class title, class code, Union membership status, and location by department and division, as applicable. Home addresses shall be provided within 60 days from the effective date of this MOU and each 90 days thereafter.

The list shall also identify employees not on the payroll and division, as applicable.
