Unit Member Status. During a pregnancy disability leave, the unit member shall retain unit member status, and the leave shall not constitute a break in service for any purpose under this Agreement.

Unit Member Status. A leave for family care and medical 29 leave shall not constitute a break in service for purpose of longevity, seniority or 30 any employee benefit plan.
Unit Member Status. Pending Decision by Governing Board: With the exception of a unit member placed on short-term suspension or administrative leave, the recommended disciplinary action shall not take effect until the Governing Board takes action. The unit member against whom disciplinary action has been recommended shall remain on active duty status and shall be responsible for fulfilling the duties of the position pending a decision by the Board unless otherwise stated in these rules.

  • Bargaining Unit Member Rights 1. When an employee is to be interviewed or questioned concerning a complaint or allegation of misconduct, the employee will be informed of, prior to the interview, the nature of the investigation and whether the employee is the subject of the investigation or a witness in the investigation. If the employee is the subject of investigation, the employee will also be informed of the specifics of each complaint or allegation against him/her.

  • Multi-Member The Members, or their designees, shall maintain complete and accurate records and books of the Company’s transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Company shall furnish each Member, within seventy-five days after the end of each fiscal year, an annual report of the Company including a balance sheet, a profit and loss statement a capital account statement; and the amount of such Member’s share of the Company’s income, gain, losses, deductions and other relevant items for federal income tax purposes. The Company shall prepare all Federal, State and local income tax and information returns for the Company, and shall cause such tax and information returns to be timely filed. Within seventy-five days after the end of each fiscal year, the Company shall forward to each person who was a Member during the preceding fiscal year a true copy of the Company’s information return filed with the Internal Revenue Service for the preceding fiscal year. All elections required or permitted to be made by the Company under the Internal Revenue Code, and the designation of a tax matters partner pursuant to Section 6231(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code for all purposes permitted or required by the Code, shall be made by the Company by the affirmative vote or consent of Members holding a majority of the Members’ Percentage Interests. Upon request, the Company shall furnish to each Member, a current list of the names and addresses of all of the Members of the Company, and any other persons or entities having any financial interest in the Company.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.

  • LEA and/or Subscribing LEA This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. Upon receiving an executed agreement from an Operator, the LEA should fully review the agreement and if agreeable, should have an authorized LEA contact wet sign theagreement.
