Unit Meetings. The Company will provide a meeting room to the Union at no cost, six (6) times per a year, for the purpose of the Union conducting meetings with Unit employees.
Unit Meetings. The Company will endeavour to provide a meeting room to the Union for purpose of the Union to conduct meetings with unit employees, if such space is available.
Unit Meetings. The Exclusive Representative shall have the right to use School District school buildings for meetings outside of school hours when such use is approved by the School District administration and such use will not conflict with normal operations and order of the School District.
Unit Meetings. The Employer will provide a meeting room to the Union at no cost, once (1 x) a year, for the purpose of the Union meetings with Unit employees. The date, time, and duration of the meeting will be mutually agreed between the Parties prior to the scheduling of the meeting.
Unit Meetings. All Employees shall be entitled to no more than one (1) hour release per Unit Meeting for the purpose of attending up to three (3) said Unit Meetings per calendar year. The time absent due to attendance at the meetings will be considered unpaid release time in accordance with Article 5.04 (b).
Unit Meetings. The Union may have the use of a room on the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting meetings with employees, provided the room is available and the Union asks permission at least one (1) week in advance. It should be noted that the room capacity is limited and it is not suitable for general membership meetings
Unit Meetings. The Employer will provide a meeting room to the Union at fifty percent (50%) the regular cost, twice a year, for the purpose of the Union conducting meetings with Bargaining Unit employees.

Unit Meetings. Members of the Unit working on other than the day shift will be given an opportunity to attend Unit meetings held in the evening, provided that such meetings are limited to one per month and with the understanding that the employee will complete his/her work on the job.
Unit Meetings. The Association shall have the right to hold two (2) meetings per year within the work day, said meetings to be limited to one (1) hour each and shall occur during the annual fall and spring staff orientation days.
