UNION’S RESPONSIBILITY. 1. The agreement provides (Article VII, Section 1) that “during the existence of this agreement there shall be no strikes or work stoppages arising out of any jurisdictional dispute.”

UNION’S RESPONSIBILITY. 1. Pending a decision by the Umpire or such settlements as may be arrived at through the office of the Umpire, there shall be no stoppage of work for any reason arising out of any jurisdictional dispute.
