Unions Covered. The Union consists of any Local Union which may become a party to this Agreement and any Supplemental Agreement as hereinafter set forth. Such Local Unions are hereinafter designated as “Local Union.” In addition to such Local Unions, the Teamsters National Freight Industry Negotiating Committee representing Local Unions affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, hereinafter referred to as the “National Union Committee,” is also a party to this Agreement and the agreements supplemental hereto.

Unions Covered. ‌ After this Agreement is made, a union (if any) that was a bargaining representative for the proposed Agreement may give FWC a written notice stating that the union wants to be covered by the Agreement. If the FWC approves a union’s application for coverage, the Employer will notify Employees of that approval.

  • Other Coverage Borrower shall provide to Lender evidence of such other reasonable insurance in such reasonable amounts as Lender may from time to time request against such other insurable hazards which at the time are commonly insured against for property similar to the subject Property located in or around the region in which the subject Property is located.   • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.
