UNION STORE CARD. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one (1) union store card for each of the Employer’s stores covered by this Agreement to be displayed on such public portion of the premises as the Employer may select. Such cards shall remain the property of and shall be surrendered to the Union upon demand.
UNION STORE CARD. The Union agrees to issue a Union Store Card to the Employer under the rules xxxxx ning Union Store Cards set forth in the Constitution of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. Such Union Card is, and shall remain, the property of the said International Union, and the Employer agrees to surrender said Union Card to an authorized representative of the Union on demand in the event of failure by the Employer to observe the terms of this Agreement or the conditions under which said Union Store Card is issued.
UNION STORE CARD. The Union agrees to issue a union store card and/or window decals to the Employer under the rules governing union store cards set forth in the constitution of the Retail Clerks International Association. Such union store card and decals are, and shall remain, the property of said International Association, and the Employer agrees to surrender said union card and/or decals to the authorized representative of the Union on demand in the event of failure by the Employer to observe the terms of this Agreement or the conditions under which said union store card and/or decals are issued. The Employer shall display such union store cards and decals in conspicuous areas accessible to the public in each establish ment covered by this Agreement.
UNION STORE CARD. The Union Shop Card is the sole prop erty of the Retail Clerks International As sociation, Local No. 99, and is loaned to the Employer, for display, who signs and abides by the Agreement. This shop card shall not be displayed in the meat section of the store. The shop card can be removed from any market by the Secretary of Local 99 or his deputy for any violation of this Agreement.
UNION STORE CARD. The Union store card shall be displayed in the salesroom withoxa', any obligation on the part of the Employer. The Employer shall designate the place where the card is to be displayed. ARTIGLE XII UNION REPRESENTATIVES TlumficSrlzed representatives of the Union shall be allowed to contact employees in the stores of the Employer during store hours, but such visits shall not interfere with the performance of the employee's regular duties. It is further agreed that the Union may appoint shop stewards in each store who shall have the authority to see that this agreement is not violated and adjust minor grievances with the Manager. If such grievances cannot be resolved by the shop xxxxxxx and the Manager, they shall be referred to the authorized full-time representative of the Union.
