Common use of Union Sole Bargaining Agent Clause in Contracts

Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1.1.1 The District agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agent for the custodians and grounds maintenance personnel within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.

Substitute employees will be included within the bargaining unit according to the terms of Section 2.1.5.1. Employees performing work in classifications covered by this Agreement may become a member of Service Employees International Union, Local 925.

Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1.1.1 The District agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agent for the custodians custodians, groundskeepers, maintenance workers and grounds maintenance personnel Child Nutrition employees within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours hours, and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this AgreementAgreement and all other pertinent matters.
