UNION SECURITY. 7.01 The Employer shall Residence will deduct Union Dues monthly from for the pay due term of this Agreement according to each employee who is the following conditions:
11.01 All Employees covered by this Agreement shall have Union Dues deducted monthly as a sum equal condition of employment.
11.02 A representative of the Union shall be given an opportunity to meet and advise each new Employee of the existence of the Union within regular working hours and without loss of pay for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Such times shall be arranged by the Employer during the Employee’s probationary period.
11.03 The Residence agrees during the lifetime of this Agreement to deduct Union Dues monthly and to remit same not later than the 15th day of the following month to the monthly Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union. The Residence shall when remitting such dues, name the Employee and the amount of dues deducted. The Employer commits to the transmission of electronic dues if/when the technology is implemented.
11.04 New Employees shall have deductions for Union dues of each such employee. Where an employee has no earnings during Dues made from the first payroll periodpay of the month following completion of three (3) weeks employment.
11.05 T-4 slips issued annually to Employees shall show deductions made for Union Dues.
11.06 The Residence agrees when forwarding Union Dues to submit a list indicating the names of those Employees for whom deductions were made, showing the deduction shall be made amount deducted, as well as the names, addresses, rate of pay and dates of hire of those Employees hired in the next payroll period where the employee has earnings, within that preceding month. The Union shall notify Residence also agrees to list those Employees who have terminated employment.
11.07 It is agreed that the employer in writing Chairperson of the amount of such dues from time Union Committee will be advised as soon as an Employee commences employment as to time. UNION SECURITY. 7.01 4.01 The Employer Company agrees to institute a check-off, on forms supplied by the Union, and to deduct an amount of Union Dues to be determined by the Union. The amount shall deduct monthly be deducted on a bi- weekly basis from the employee’s pay due to each employee who is covered by this Agreement a sum equal and then remitted to the Union on a monthly Union basis for all dues of each such employeededucted in the previous month. Where an employee has no earnings during the first payroll period, the deduction Such remittance shall be made within the first week of the following month and shall include the names, in alphabetical order, and the next payroll amounts so deducted from each employee.
