UNION SECURITY–Requirements of Union Membership. A. Employees covered by this Agreement at the time it becomes effective and who are members of the Union at that time shall be required, as a condition of continued employment, to continue membership in the Union for the duration of this Agreement.

UNION SECURITY–Requirements of Union Membership a) Employees covered by this Agreement shall be required as a condition of continued employment to become a member of the Union, or pay to the Union as a service charge each month by payroll deduction, an amount equal to the regular monthly dues for the duration of this Agreement on or before the thirtieth (30) day following the effective date of this Agreement or the thirtieth (30th) day following the beginning of their employment in the unit.

  • Information Security Requirements In cases where the State is not permitted to manage/modify the automation equipment (server/computer/other) that controls testing or monitoring devices, the Contractor agrees to update and provide patches for the automation equipment and any installed operating systems or applications on a quarterly basis (at minimum). The Contractor will submit a report to the State of updates installed within 30 days of the installation as well as a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to remediate any vulnerabilities ranging from Critical to Low. The contractor will provide an upgrade path or compensatory security controls for any operating systems and applications listed as beyond “end-of-life” or EOL, within 90 days of the EOL and complete the EOL system’s upgrade within 90 days of the approved plan.

  • Union Membership Requirement 5.01 Within one week of the signing of this agreement, all employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the constitution and by-law of the Union.
