UNION SECURITY–Requirements of Union Membership. A. Employees covered by this Agreement at the time it becomes effective and who are members of the Union at that time shall be required, as a condition of continued employment, to continue membership in the Union for the duration of this Agreement.

UNION SECURITY–Requirements of Union Membership. -16 All employees employed in the bargaining unit, or who become employees in the bargaining unit, who are not already members of the Union shall within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this provision or within thirty (30) days of the date of hire, whichever is later become members, or in the alternative, shall, within thirty (30) days of their date of hire, as a condition of employment, pay to the Union each month a service fee in an amount equal to the regular monthly Union membership dues uniformly required of employees of the Employer who are members.

  • Information Security Requirements In cases where the State is not permitted to manage/modify the automation equipment (server/computer/other) that controls testing or monitoring devices, the Contractor agrees to update and provide patches for the automation equipment and any installed operating systems or applications on a quarterly basis (at minimum). The Contractor will submit a report to the State of updates installed within 30 days of the installation as well as a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to remediate any vulnerabilities ranging from Critical to Low. The contractor will provide an upgrade path or compensatory security controls for any operating systems and applications listed as beyond “end-of-life” or EOL, within 90 days of the EOL and complete the EOL system’s upgrade within 90 days of the approved plan.

  • Union Membership Requirement 5.01 Within one week of the signing of this agreement, all employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the constitution and by-law of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.

  • Security Requirements 11.1 The Supplier shall comply, and shall procure the compliance of the Suppliers Personnel, with the Security Policy and the Security Plan and the Supplier shall ensure that the Security Plan produced by the Supplier fully complies with the Security Policy.

  • UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES CHECK-OFF 7.01 All Employees covered by this Agreement shall become members of the Union as a condition of employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employees currently employed by the Board, who have previously opted out of membership in the Union, shall not be compelled to join.
