UNION SECURITY AND DUES CHECK-OFF. 4.01 a) The Employer shall deduct Union dues including, where applicable, initiation fees and assessments on a monthly basis from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement. The amount of dues shall be calculated in the bargaining unit the dues and remit the dues to the Union office as directed in writing by accordance with the Union’s Constitution.
