UNION SECURITY. 7.01 The Employer shall deduct monthly from the pay due to each employee who is covered by this Agreement a sum equal to the monthly Union dues of each such employee. Where an employee has no earnings during the first payroll period, the deduction shall be made in the next payroll period where the employee has earnings, within that month. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the amount of such dues from time to time. The Employer will send to the Union its cheque for the dues so deducted in the month following the month in which the dues are deducted. When arrears or adjustments are submitted retroactively, the dues month and an explanation will accompany any such dues.
UNION SECURITY. Every employee who is now or hereafter becomes a member of the Union shall maintain membership in the Union as a condition of employment and every new employee whose employment commences hereafter shall within thirty (30) days after the commencement of employment, apply for and maintain membership in the Union as a condition of employment.
UNION SECURITY. 3.01 (a) It is agreed that all employees covered by this Agreement shall become and remain members of the Union in good standing as a condition of employment.
UNION SECURITY. (a) All employees in the bargaining unit who on the date of certification, were members of the Union or thereafter became members of the Union shall, as a condition of continued employment, maintain such membership.
UNION SECURITY. 5.1 All employees covered by this Agreement who are members of the Union on the date hereof shall, as a condition of employment, maintain such membership.
UNION SECURITY. (a) All employees in the bargaining unit who on March 8, 1974 were members of the Union or thereafter become members of the Union shall, as a condition of continued employment, maintain such membership (subject only to the provisions of Section 17 of the Labour Relations Code).
UNION SECURITY. 6.1 The Employer shall deduct from the wage of employees who authorize such a deduction in writing an amount necessary to cover monthly union dues. Such monies shall be remitted as directed by the Union.
UNION SECURITY. 4.01 All employees within the bargaining unit who are presently members of the Union, or future employees who become members, shall remain members in good standing, as a condition of continued employment.

UNION SECURITY a) The Company shall deduct Union dues including, where applicable, initiation fees and assessments, on a bi-weekly basis, from the total earnings of each employee covered by this Agreement. The amount of dues shall be calculated in accordance with the Union’s Constitution.
