Union Right to Board Agenda. A copy of the public agenda of the regular Board meetings shall be available to the official Union representative to the Board twenty-four hours prior to the meetings. The agenda of special meetings shall be available to the official Union representative to the Board twenty-four hours prior to the meeting except in the case of emergency meetings in accordance with statute.
