Union Representatives and Official Time. Section 14.01 A. The provision for Union representatives, and the use of official time to perform representational activities as provided herein, are negotiated pursuant to the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute, and shall be administered in accordance with said Statute.

If a change in working conditions as a result of an EEO settlement triggers a duty to bargain under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Xxxxxxx (0 X.X.X. §0000 et seq.), Article 32, Mid-Term Negotiations will apply. The Union will disclose information related to individual EEO settlements only to those with a need to know.
