Common use of Union Representative Clause in Contracts

Union Representative. The EMPLOYER will recognize Representatives designated by the UNION as the grievance representatives of the bargaining unit having the duties and responsibilities established by this Article. The UNION shall notify the EMPLOYER in writing of the names of such UNION Representatives and or their successors when so designated, as provided by Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

Union Representative. The EMPLOYER Employer will recognize Representatives designated by the UNION Union as the grievance representatives Grievance Representatives of the bargaining unit Bargaining Unit having the duties and responsibilities established by this Article. The UNION Union shall notify the EMPLOYER Employer in writing of the names of such UNION Union Representatives and or of their successors when so designated, designated as provided by Section Article 6.2 of this Agreement.
