Common use of UNION RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

UNION RECOGNITION. Section 1. The Employers recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the employees in the bargaining unit. Whenever used in this Agreement, the term "bargaining unit" shall be deemed to include those individuals employed by the Employer in the following positions:
