Common use of UNION RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

UNION RECOGNITION. A. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent of the employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment.

The Employer hereby recognizes and agrees that the Union as is the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent of the employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose Employees in the bargaining unit at and from the place set out in the certificate of collective bargaining with respect to rates authority issued by the Labour Relations Board of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employmentBritish Columbia.
