Common use of Union Policy Grievance Clause in Contracts

Union Policy Grievance. 23.01 A Union policy grievance, which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement, concerning all or a substantial number of the employees in a bargaining unit, may be lodged by the Union at Step 2 of the grievance procedure at any time within five (5) full business days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated, and if it is not satisfactorily settled it may be processed to arbitration, in the same manner and to the same extent as the grievance of an employee.

Union Policy Grievance. 23.01 A Union policy grievance, which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement, concerning Agreement which affects all or a substantial any number of the employees in a bargaining unitemployees, may be lodged by the Union in writing with the Director of Human Resources Services or Designate at Step 2 of the grievance procedure at any time within five ten (510) full business working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated, and if it is not satisfactorily settled settled, it may be processed to arbitration, arbitration in the same manner and to the same extent as the grievance of an employee.

Union Policy Grievance. 23.01 A Union policy grievancePolicy Grievance, which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement, concerning all or a substantial number of the employees in a the bargaining unit, in regard to which an individual employee could not grieve, may be lodged by the Union in writing with the General Manager at Step No. 2 of the grievance procedure at any time within five two (52) full business working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated, and if it is not satisfactorily satisfactory settled it may be processed to arbitration, arbitration in the same manner and to the same extent as the grievance of an employee.

Union Policy Grievance. 23.01 A Union policy grievance, grievance which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement, concerning all the interpretation or a substantial number administration of the employees this Agreement, in a bargaining unitregard to which an individual employee could not grieve, shall be in writing and may be lodged by the Union Xxxxxxx with the Shop Xxxxxxx at Step 2 No. 1 of the grievance procedure at any time within five (5) full business working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated, and if it is not satisfactorily settled at Step. No. 1, it may be thereafter processed to arbitration, as a grievance as provided in the same manner and to the same extent as the grievance of an employeeArticle 9.

Tobias House Attendant Care and to the same extent as the grievance of an employee.CAW Local 40
